Billing Tenants

When people don't pay on time, its a headache. Property Manager provides reports that you can pass on to your tenants to ensure that they understand their financial position.

Tenure Invoice

To quickly generate a list of outstanding items for a given tenure, select the tenure, and from the Report menu choose Tenure Invoice.

This information can be sent via email by clicking the Email button or printed by pressing the Print button.

Tenure Summary

The Tenure Summary report provides a complete day-to-day balance of rent and associated income. Simply select a tenure, and from the Report menu, select Tenure Summary.

It can be useful to provide this to tenants at the end of a tenure for their records.
