Late Fees

If your contract includes provisions for late fees, you can add these to the tenure as an adjustment. Select the tenure, press Command-Enter and tick the ∅ checkbox (it's an adjustment transaction), then fill out the details including a debit (negative) amount:

You will then need to send a updated invoice your your tenant and collect the fees.
